CHINKY Application License

The CHINKY application contains proprietary CHINKY code and materials together with third-party software distributed under separate licenses.
Proprietary CHINKY materials
Except where a source file or component states otherwise, CHINKY-specific application code, original product copy, branding, visual identity, and service materials are reserved to the applicable CHINKY rights holder(s).
You may use the CHINKY application only as permitted by the Terms of Service and applicable law. This application license does not grant permission to:
- copy or redistribute proprietary CHINKY source code;
- publish or resell CHINKY proprietary code or branding;
- create a confusingly similar product using CHINKY branding;
- remove required third-party copyright or license notices;
- claim ownership of third-party open-source software used by CHINKY.
Third-party software
Open-source and third-party components are governed by their own licenses. If a third-party license gives you broader rights to that component, those rights are not reduced by this CHINKY application license.
