CHINKY Audio Policy

CHINKY lets creators reuse audio that is marked reusable by its owner.

The built-in Music, Shorts, and Shayari Background catalog is generated for

CHINKY and marked `CHINKY Original • Royalty-free`. It contains no samples,

lyrics, melodies, or recordings copied from third-party songs. These catalog

tracks may be used in CHINKY creator content without attribution or royalty

payments. They may not be resold as a standalone stock-audio library.

• Upload only audio you created, own, licensed, or otherwise have permission to use.
• Original audio from a public Spark may be saved and reused when the audio is marked reusable.
• The original creator remains credited on reused audio.
• Users may save audio to their private Saved Audio library. Saving does not transfer copyright or ownership.
• Audio reported for copyright, safety, privacy, or legal reasons may be blocked or removed.
• Users must not upload copyrighted songs or recordings without the necessary rights.
• CHINKY may disable reuse for removed, private, restricted, or blocked media.
• Reusing audio does not grant permission to use a person's voice in a misleading, impersonating, or harmful way.
